The following terms apply to all users of the facility:
Please ensure you have an invoice for the date of your hire, the times and cost will be shown on the invoice. All cheques to be made payable to Horspath Village Hall. A £25 deposit to be paid immediately with the balance to be paid seven working days before the event. A deposit (returnable after the event providing the hall is left in a reasonable condition) to be held equal to the total amount of the hire. After the event the cheque can be destroyed or returned, whichever the hirer wishes.
All equipment and personal effects must be removed after the event. Under no circumstances should anything be left either the night before or, as stated, afterwards.
Ensure
all lighting is turned off before you leave (this includes Ladies and Gents Toilets); all interior doors are shut and all exterior doors are locked. Heating controls to be turned off by turning down thermostats (these can be located as follows: Main Hall by the servery hatch, Morgan Room and remainder of the facility by the corridor leading to the Toilets and phone)
After your event when vacating please try and keep noise to a minimum; please consider neighbours.
Ensure that the key provided is returned after locking up after your event has finished. This can be done by posting it through the letter box to the left of the Main Entrance.
