Senseless and brainless vandalism and criminal damage in Horspath's Recreation Ground. Vandals tried to kill this tree over the weekend of 30 June - 1 July 2007. It is growing beside the Cricket Pitch near the practice nets in Horspath Village Recreation Ground. Somebody must have seen the vandals in the act of stripping the tree.
