Horspath Annual Parish Meeting,
to which all residents are invited and welcome, will be held at
7.30 pm in the Village Hall on Monday 30th April 2007

The purpose of this meeting is to provide residents of the village with an annual opportunity to
hear short reports from the Parish Council on all recent village projects, problems and
activities and then to ask questions and provide the Council with some guidance on what to aim
for in future to improve community facilities and the general quality of life in Horspath.

This summer, the opinions of all residents of Horspath will be needed to help a Steering Group
to formulate a PARISH PLAN which will aim to set down on paper exactly what residents of
Horspath really want and to clarify for the Parish Council, the District Council, the County
Council and for SEERA the priorities which they should adopt and actions they should take to
make Horspath an even better place to live in. Drawing up the PARISH PLAN is probably the
most important project which everyone in the village can join in, as will be explained here.

After the formal meeting is over there will be time to discuss matters further over tea, coffee,
fruit juice, biscuits and cheese, to be served by our volunteers.
