Horspath Parish Planning Applications

The Parish Council does not have the power to approve or refuse an application; those powers are vested in the Planning Authority (South Oxfordshire District Council). The role of the Parish Council is consultative; to provide valuable local knowledge which helps in deciding whether applications comply with the requirements of planning law, the local plan and other planning guidance.
