For many years Horspath Parish Council has published an "occasional" Newsletter on paper for distribution within Horspath Village. Some of these can now be viewed as PDF files. The larger files should be viewed only if you have a broadband connection. Be warned - access time with a dial-up connection could be very lengthy.
